Replacement Drawer Glides

I am in search for four of these glides. Each side of the glide is adjustable. The drawers are original to the house built in 1973. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I've never seen a part like this for a drawer before. Can you show me what it looks like while installed? Can you also explain its function?
