Replacement Drawer Slides

We have a couple of dressers purchased in the late 1980's/early 1990s. Original manufacturer is Simmons Juvenile Products Company, Inc of New London, WI. 54961 The product line was called "Little Folks Furniture." The drawer slide in attached to the middle of the back of each drawer and prevents the drawer from falling on the floor when the drawer is opened. We have several drawers where the retaining tabs have broken off and need to be replaced. Can you help?
