Replacement European Hinges (Blum)

A handy person from Honolulu, Hawaii says:

I am having a hard time finding the correct hinge to replace some old rusted Blum hinges.
The existing hinge is a Blum brand and the doors are inset (face of cabinet door is flush with outer edge of cabinet box edge.
Please help. I need about 12 of the correct replacement hinges.

These old Euro hinges can be tricky to replace. My first thought is the 32-344 is similar in design, but take a look and see what you think.
