Replacement Forever door handle

We have similar Forever storm doors front and back entrances. The door handle latches are identical. I have taken 3 picture from various angles to show the replacement part we are seeking and 1 photo of the door that needs the replacement part. I cannot find any identifiable part numbers, but I can provide any measurements you might need.

We don't have an exact match for this handle, but see our 40-150. This looks like it could be a good possible match.
