Replacement Handle

We had a screw break off when we were trying to make some minor repairs for a customer. I believe that the pt# is 1886 or 1888. I have attached 2 pictures for you. Can you please help us to identify a replacement? The homeowner doesn't mind if it is slightly different, as long as it is close and works similar to the original one did.
