Looking for replacement handle set for the photographed original. The original issue was that the keys broke, and there is no where to get copies made. Any repair suggestions are appreciated!

Thank you for the additional photos! It appears our best option for what you show here is the 40-049. We recommend you review our specifications and compare them with your old hardware to see if you think you could adapt this to your door.

Yes, this part can be used for either left or right-hand doors. To change the latch from left to right (or right to left), loosen up the latch nose and turn it to the correct orientation.
