Replacement Handle Set ID

Question

Hello,our sliding door handle needs to be replaced. It is stamped sash controls farndale. Model 22650, US patent 5125703D340.398.
Latch is offset. Door thickness is 1 1/4".
Do you sell replacement for this part, ideally with keyes?
