Replacement Handle for Casement Window Winder

A home owner from Australia says:
Hi there. Have casement window winders stamped Roto, Made in New Zealand on the back, and the model number is I think (not very clear) P-4000

For three windows, the plastic connection that connects to the winder spindle has stripped, and I need to either replace the plastic part (see photo - in foreground), or replace the entire handle if not sold separately. I am ok if style of handle is a little different, as long as it works! :)

A fourth winder unit no longer works at all and I need to replace with a new unit.

I've attached a couple of photos showing some measurements.

First - Hoping you can recommend replacement parts.

And second - do you ship to Australia?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Roto operators. They can use either the 39-224 Folding Handle or 39-230 Handle. These handles can fit around a 5/16" Hex, so confirm that matches the shape and size of the hex drive on the older version of this operator you have as well. If so, you can just buy new handles for the operators that still work.

For the operator you want to replace, note that the long bracket arm that connects the short-arm of the operator to the window is no longer made. Roto unfortunately has discontinued a lot of the hardware used with these operators, and there's no known replacements at this time. You will need to reuse your old bracket arm if possible.

Finally, yes we do ship to Australia and worldwide. Let me know if you have any other questions, and thanks for reaching out.
