Thanks for posting, Scott. Without knowing the spacing between your screw hole centers I can't say what you have for sure, but you might want to consider our 82-020. How does this compare to your hardware?

There are two mortise locks under the Related Item(s) section of the 82-020's product page. Take a look at the 82-211 and 82-223 and see if either of these will work in your door.
