Replacement Hardware for Swinging Patio Door

Question

I have attached photos of 1. Door Inside, 2. Door edge, 3. Door outside, 4. Strike plate.

Dimensions:

1-8 5/8" x 1 5/8". 2 screws Inside

2-10 7/8" x 5/8". 6 screws// 2 pieces, split at latch opening (latch broken) Door edge

3-same as #1. No screws outside

4-8 1/2" x 2" . 3 screws strike plate

The brass atrium door lever #82-400 looked similar on web.

Your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer of the door for assistance, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
