Replacement Hardware for Window

Home Owner from Oahu, Hawaii
Hello - please see attached photos. We are no longer able to open this window by pushing on the handle because components are rusted (we live on the beach). Do you stock the handle mechanism and the other hardware that comprises the "hinge" portion on the bottom and top of the window?

To begin with, we were thinking 39-037 but have no idea about the hinge hardware that the other side of the window pivots on.

Thank you!

Hello,

I agree that your operator resembles the 39-037 but you'd need to confirm that the dimensions shown on our product page match up to yours.

As for your hinge assembly, I'd recommend starting by comparing the 36-048 to your assembly. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. We will check lever measurements.

Also, any idea how to remove the lever mechanism from the window casing?

It looks like you would need to carefully remove the piece of window trim encasing the operator base to access the installation screws. See the video below that shows a similar process on a casement window.

Thanks, Casey! We did watch that video earlier but were hoping that there was some other easier way that we were overlooking.
