The number on the back is 03087.67. Can seem to find these anywhere any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for this hinge, and it is likely no longer made. However our 32-353 might work as a substitute. Take a look at this hinge, compare to your old hardware, and see if you think this could work for you.
