I have a 2002 Norco white clad (wood) French inswing door, SCHD 5-0 x 8-0'. It has Hoppe multipoint locks (brushed chrome). The lock mechanism on the active hand side has failed, likely due to a stripped gear. I understand that I need to replace the entire lock system for that door. I am trying to identify a replacement source, but do not have a Hoppe part number. Jeld-Wen, which purchased the Norco door business, reports that they do not carry any parts for Norco doors prior to 2003.
[Note: Pictures are for a different, but same type of door that has active hand on the right (facing out). The one I am trying to fix is the same except that it has active hand on the left, but I did not want to open it as it for pictures as is on the sunny side of the house and it is 100 degrees out.]
Thanks for your help!

Hey there,
Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a replacement for the storm door handle set shown in your photos.
I do apologize that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
