Need a replacement block and tackle for my Jordan window. Stamps says 28 3 for length and BSI . I noticed that all replacements on the website come as whole numbers. Please advise a comparable replacement option

Hello there!

It looks like you have either our S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You will also need a 2830 stamp option.

thank you for the information. Since my existing block and tackle is 28 3/4 in length will there be any problems adding 1/4 inch by going to the 29 inch ?

Your stamp reads "28 3" which means the length of your metal channel should be 29" so that should be fine. Just make sure not to include the top and bottom attachments in the metal channel length measurement.
