Replacement LH and RH window latch

Question

The holes are 2 3/16 but the whole latch is 1 1/2 x 3 1/4.  Inscribed inside is 11147 patent pending.

This tilt latch reminds me of the 26-120 LH Top Tilt Latch. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

The right handed version is the 26-121.
