It appears that Product Code: 90-278 will work for my needs. The windows are Acorn sliders with an 2 1/16" screw spacing and an 11/16" backset. I ordered another latch online that met these parameters but the locking cam was much wider and required much more of the cam to be engaged in the keeper than my existing recessed keeper.
I would like to verify the correct latch before ordering. Please attached pictures.
I agree that our 90-278 is the best option we have. I don't believe you'll find anything closer in our catalog. As for it interacting with the keeper, I can't really judge that. It's not technically made to work with face-mount keepers, like yours, but that doesn't mean that it's not possible. I do it all the time.
I traditionally use the 90-282, but this design is a little different compared to your original keeper. I can't really judge if the sweep on the 90-278 will have the same issue as before. All I can say with confidence is that this is our best option.
