Replacement Latch

Hi, looking for a replacement for this storm door latch assembly. I blieve the cam is not working. The door opens from the inside but not the outside.

Thanks for posting. This exact lockset is no longer made, but our 40-058 or 40-177 ought to replace it. Replacing the inside latch with the 40-150 might restore tension to the outside turn if you wanted to keep the rest of the lockset. See what you think.
