Replacement Latch / Forever Door

Question

The lever handle for the door will not latch and hold the door closed. Spring mechanism is defective... the weight of the handle causes the latch to drop to the open position. 
Can not find a model # .  The SN is 275299.  the Exterior assembly measures  7 3/4 " x 1 1/4 " the exterior finish is brass... interior finish white.  Would like to replace the latch / handle assembly... the separate lock set is OK .  Pls advise.

It is recommended that you replace the inside lever handle. Please refer to the 40-150 Inside Handle-- this may work with your application.
