Hello,
The latch mechanism on my Milgard window no longer works; the window cannot be opened. The window was manufactured on May 27, 1999. I have tried to use the Milgard website to find a replacement part but it requires that I input a model number which I don't have. Attached is the sticker from the window showing the manufacturer's code (MG-4) and what I thought could be a model number (F-HC40-96x72). Also attached is a photo for the latch/mechanism. I don't have a part number for it.
I appreciate any help / direction you can provide!
