Replacement Latches

Just purchased a townhome and looking to purchase replacement latches for my windows. Having a hard time finding the brown color but am open to using something else if brown is not available.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We carry quite a few sash locks that are similar to this but the best match will depend on the dimensions. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center?

The dimensions is 2.25" center to center

Thanks for confirming! I recommend you have a look at our 90-180 sash lock. This part measures 2-1/4" on installation hole centers and the backset is 3/8". Review the specifications and see what you think.
