Replacement Lock for Fuhr 01/92

Question

I've attached photos of my old lock and I'm hoping that you'll be able tell me which lock is the best replacement. My door is Left Hand. Is there way I could get just the dead bolt portion of the lock with the keyed part on the opposite side of the one pictured that you sent.
