Replacement Lock for storm door

A handy person from Bethesda, MD says:
No markings on this door-it is 34x80. There was no lock on the door, but there is an opening for deadbolt and a handle. From the side, it appears that the door had a fairly large cartridge. The replacement doesn't need to match exactly what was there before-it just needs to work. Working on a house for Rebuilding Together, so just trying to make door functional again.

Take a look at our 40-119 mortise knob lock. See if this matches up to the holes in your door. This handle can be switched to work on the left or right side, depending on the swing of the door. Swithing like this can be a little tricky, though, since you will have to take the mortise lock box apart to change it. You might want to take it to a locksmith to do the work.
