Hello,

Your storm door handle plate resembles the older Emtek lockset. I believe this handle is no longer available, or at least we have not been able to find a supplier for it. I would suggest using the 40-049 handle set. It is a bit different but I have used it in the past to replace Emtek handles. Be sure to compare the measurements to determine if the part will work for you.
