Replacement Lock set for a sliding french door

A home owner from Pittsburgh, PA says:
I have a sliding french style door and the lock set no longer works. The latch does not move up and out to grab the mounted piece. I attached a picture. The only marking on the lock set is "DNS". The box with DNS on it is 4" long, .5" wide and 1 and 1/8" deep. The tumbler including the bar that goes through the lock set is 3.25" deep. The entire handle is 10" long, 1" wide and there are 3 screw posts. See picture 2. I would like to purchase a new lock set but I would be happy to get a whole new handle and lock set too.

I don't believe your handle is still available. However you might just need to replace the mortise lock. One way to check is to try to manually throw the mortise lock with a screwdriver. If so, you could possibly use our 82-218 as a replacement.
