Replacement Lockset

A distributor from Battle Creek, Michigan says:

I work for a retail building supplies company. A customer came in with the lock set pictured, and wants to get a replacement. I have found the handles, but have not found the handles and back set together. Do you have a complete unit (handles, back set) that I can get from you? Thanks for any help you can provide.
