Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 751 Channel Balance. Could you confirm that the metal channel, not including the shoe attachment, is 27" long? If so, then you'll need an S751-27. Your window sash weight of 26 lbs should be supported by our stamp option 26TG. Finally, you can re-use your old s-clips, but if you need new ones, see either our 19-029 or 19-030. Let us know what you think.
