Replacement Mechanism

Hi my name is Matt, I appreciate that you have this service because the windows came with the house and we've had the house for 10 years and I have no idea where to find this hardware. I didn't find or notice any numbers or markings, but I took 3 pictures and I'm hoping you might be able to identify the opening mechanism for me. When I was doing some research it seems to be a dual assembly but which one I'm not sure. I'm hoping you're able to identify the part and hopefully sell it as well because I will need to purchase 2 for my windows. The problem I'm having with both of the broken opening mechanisms is that they open up no problem, but when I'm closing them they skip the gear or something so I have to pull them with my hand to get them to close.
