Replacement Milgard sash balances

A professional from Palo Alto says:
I have a customer with a number of disabled Milgard windows. I removed one sample and the spring loop at one end had failed. The body of the sash balance is 22", however the stamp on the side is "20 C", which I don't see listed anywhere. What would be the equivalent current stamp replacement?

Thanks, Bryan Wilde

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Are you measuring just the metal channel, not including the attachments or nylon fittings at either end? If the metal channel measures exactly 21", a stamp code of 20C would conform to our stamp option of 2030. If in doubt, please show us pictures of the balance.
