Replacement Milgard series 3510 casement window operators

hi. i would like to locate and purchase some Milgard series 3510 casement / product line 032-167 window operators to replace my broken ones. they feel "stripped" and will not open the casement windows any longer. one casement window is 35" wide x 37.5" tall, and another one is 35" wide x 49" tall.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the operator with one of your windows open so that the arms that operate the sash are visible to know what to recommend as a replacement. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, Roto stopped making the link arm shown in your photo, which works with the 39-091 and 39-092. Review the image below to confirm this is the setup you have.

Dimensions for 39-091

We also offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative. We've tried many products from our inventory and have not been successful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
