Replacement Mortise Handle and Lock for a Sugarcreek Industries Storm Door

I need to replace the handles and lock system of our storm door which seems to be from Sugarcreek Industries. Unfortunately I do not have the series or model number of the storm door itself. The door itself is about 20 years old. The style is Mortise and the lock system has 2 dead bolts. It is also for a right hinged door as seen from the outside. Any help would be appreciated!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your handle set and mortise lock to compare to our inventory. Written-out dimensions are also important to determine if anything that we carry would match the cutout and installation holes in your door. Thank you!

Photos in order: interior handle, locking mechanism, exterior handle. Measurements: 7 1/2" L x 1" W (interior); 8" L x 1 3/8" W (exterior). Locking mechanism: 4 screws, 2 dead bolts; first deadbolt located 1 3/8 inches from top; deadbolts are located 4 3/8 inches center to center. If you require additional measurements, please let me know, thank you.
