Replacement Mortise Lock for Fleetwood Sliding Patio Door

Question

Does anyone know which parts I should order to replace this mortise lock?  It's roughly 3 1/4 x 1/2 inch and it's all rusted out due to being near the ocean so it doesn't open and close easily any more.

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218. Review the dimensions below to confirm that they match up to yours. We also offer the 82-030 handle set that is commonly used with this mortise lock. Take a look and ensure that the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches yours. It would also be a good idea to check the condition of the rollers since damage or rust can cause the door to be difficult to open. Excessive pressure needed to open the door can also cause the handle to break. Thanks for posting.
