Replacement Mortise Lock set for my Chamber Storm Door

I need to replace the Latch/Lock set. The Brass face is 7 11/16 top to bottom by 13/16 wide, with screw holes 6 7/8 center to center. Top of latch is 1 3/8 from top of face plate and top of dead bolt is 4 from top. The body of the mechanism is 5 3/4 by 1 9/16. The handle input hole is 1 3/4 from top of mechanism to center of hole.
The door will no longer stay latched. The weight of the handle pulls the latch open. So I only need to replace the inner mechanism. The door itself is 1 5/8 thickness.
