Replacement Needed

Hello!
So this broke off a lateral filing cabinet. I can't find any model number or brand anywhere on here other than the word 'LAT' stamped. There is a third rail that goes on the inside that broke off and is irretrievable. The cabinet it came from was around 3-4 feet wide, middle shelf. The measurements of this piece are as follows:
The first rail is 17.25 inches long
The second rail is also 17.25 inches long, but it extends 9 inches past the end of the first rail
There is a third rail that fit inside, I don't have those measurements

Please let me know what you find
