Replacement Needed

Question

I am searching parts for Norandex series 437 windows. I have identified sash guide 18-161 as needed, but unsure on the balance. The balance is stamped with 29 30 and what appears to be nk BSI. The dimensions w/o end caps are 9/16x5/8x30. This balance is for a single pane sash weighing 19 1/2lbs measuring 34 1/8 wide x 32 1/2 High.I also need replacement balances for another Norandex window which I haven’t pulled. That window measures 50 1/4 wide by 32 1/2 high, with an approximate weight of 30lbs.Any assistance is greatly appreciated

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S378, S380, or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Unfortunately, we can't determine the replacement balances needed for the other window without seeing the original, uninstalled as well, including both ends and the stamp code, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
