Replacement Needed

Question

Hi
I wish to replace a sliding patio door handle with a number CD344 on the inside handle
I would like the replacement to have a lock and key for the outside
Please let me know if this is possible and if you have one available

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older version of the 82-036 to me. Please compare.
