I need to replace the balances shown in the attached picture. The rod is 30.5 by 3/8?. There is no color tip.
Do I by the the 400 series? If so the 30? or the 31?.
What color tip as there was no tip on the ones that I removed.

When viewing that product on the site, you will notice a sash weight range chart below the product description. Based on the weight of your window sash will determine which colored tip option you will choose when ordering a replacement.
