Replacement Operating/Window Crank for Casement Window

Question

I have an old casement window that I can't open/close. The mechanism cracked and the whole thing needs to be replaced. This is the part. Do you have this replacement part?
The window itself does not need to be replaced. Can you help?

Your pictures look a lot like our 39-031 EntryGard operator. The opposite side would be our 39-032. Take a look and make sure that the dimensions on our product page match up to your operator to confirm that this will work for you. Thank you!
