I have two built in "pop-out" windows with crank operators. The one crank failed recently when it was closed (see damage in IMG_3975), the the center portion of the mechanism having come out. The dimensions between the screws on the back side (see IMG_3974) is approximately 7". Length of the armatures is (see IMG_3973) is approximately 10-11" depending on whether you include the portion after where it begins to angle. The undamaged operator (see IMG_3972) appears to have 12 teeth on the spindle.
If you need any additional information please reach out and I'll be more than happy to get it for you. I've had no luck finding information on what the custom manufacturer used in their O&M documentation (non-existent). Thanks!

Hello,
Take a look at our 39-312 Roto operator. You'll need to make sure that the clips at the end of your operator's arms match ours. Thanks for posting!
