Replacement Operator for Simonton Windows

Handy Person from Virginia Beach, VA

My Simonton windows manufactured around 2000 appear to take the Maxim Dual ARM Operator, Sill Mount. The current operator has the word "truth" engraved on it and the number 31858 on the window with the lock and the crank on the right side(when viewed from inside).

The 2 measurements are 4 7/8" and 4 15/16".

I sent you a part identifier request about 30 minutes ago and after looking at the picture realize that my operator and the one I thought were a good match look absolutely nothing alike. After further review, your part 39-220 and 39-221 appear to be a good match which are the Maxim Dyad Sill Mount Operator. Please let me know. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. The 39-220 and 39-221 do look very similar, assuming the dimensions match up. I also can't make out if your operator has the same screw base as ours, but it may just be obscured by the window frame. As long as you have a screw base, and as long as the dimensions are the same, these would be a great choice.
