Replacement PGT Window Balance

Question

Seeking help identifying the window balance shown in the attached pictures. No markings on the existing balances, but comes from a non-tilt PGT storm door. Metal part of the channel is 30" long, width of channel is ~1/2 inch. Not sure of the weight of the sash but I will bring it someplace I can weigh it by the time you respond so I can select the correct "option."

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-30 Channel Balance. If there is no stamp code on the metal channel, you will indeed need the exact sash weight to choose a stamp option. You can then use that exact weight to choose the correct stamp option--under the product description on the S395-30 shop page you'll see a table that lists each weight range alongside the corresponding stamp option.
