1st plc , is installed piece pointed out by the pencil, second photo is I'm holding up a old piece or the new police needs to go and the third picture it's another one shows where it goes covering the spiral balance

Is this a tilt window? If so, I recommend our Series 900 or Series 600 depending on the outer tube diameter. Take a look and see which one you'll need for this repair.
We, unfortunately, don't sell replacement balance covers. Contacting the original manufacturer would be your best bet if you can track them down. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
