Replacement Part

Question

I need to replace a couple of crank handles on my casement windows.  The windows were made by Certainteed and installed about 15 years ago.  They are almond color. The crank assembly works fine but the handle has broken and I want to be sure that the replacement handle will fit correctly onto the hex portion of the crank.

I can't say for sure without seeing the arms of your operator that move the sash but I'd bet that you have the Roto 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, Roto is in the process of discontinuing these cranks and the handles are already unavailable. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist you with this replacement.
