Looking to replace the upper operating arm and holding bracket with a small pin for a right-side bay window. This is an image of the left-side hardware that is working. The holding bracket is approx. 10" while the arm is roughly 6". The arm doesn't stay in place with the pin. Just comes right out as it may be worn too much.
If more information is needed, please advise.

Hey there!
It looks like you need a new hinge. I recommend taking a look at the specifications for our 36-048 to see if they match what you're looking for. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time!
