Replacement Part

Could you help in identifying the correct roller & tracks needed as shown in the attached 4 pictures.

Any installation instructions/guide will be helpful as well.
Can this be replaced by DIYer or professional help is required?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Banj. Our 23-086 comes to mind but I recommend you review the specifications to confirm they align. The compatible tracks are the 23-270, 23-271, and 23-272

The installations should be easy for a DIY. Measure the track and match the size you need from our list. Then lay the track down drill two holes on the end about two inches in and screw the track down. Do the same on the other side of the track. Depending on the track length install some extra screws to hold the middle down. 

For the roller, remove the door from the track and if possible lay the door down, remove the screws from the old roller assembly, place the new roller assembly and match up where the old screw holes are and screw the roller assembly to the door. Place the door back on the track and with a screw driver turn the set screw to raise or lower the door. You want to line the door as evenly so it will slide and be square to the wall.
