Replacement Part Champion Windows

Hello I'm looking to replace a number of the window latches in my daughter's apartment. There's a part # on the inside: 2 P61 or l.
The dimensions are: length 3"10/16
width 1/4 fasterner dimensions 2"7/16 (see photos).
i need at neutral mounting (right/left) in white
