We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel. If the balance is damaged, you'll have to use an undamaged version as a reference.

Can you also measure the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below?

Thank you! This actually isn't the Series 385 or any of the stock choices we have on our website. Your balance has a special blue "washer" that connects the spring and pulley mechanism, which our stock balances lack. We can still help, but this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace? We can draft a price quote from there.
