I am trying to replace the rubber strip that abuts the door threshold.

I'm not sure if your exact door bottom is available. We do have a few different types that lock into the bottom of the door, but not the one you show in your photo. I would suggest considering our 58-176 as a substitute. This just wraps around the bottom of the door and installs with screws from the side.
