Replacement Part for Tilt Windows

We need to find the replacement part for a number of tilt windows in a condo we are selling. Can you help identify the part needed from these photos?

Thanks for posting. We may be able to help replace this internal tilt latch setup, but we'd need you to remove the surface lever and show us the prongs underneath. To be honest, a lot of this hardware is outmoded, and you may be better off seeing if you could convert your window to use surface mount tilt latches like the 26-193 and 26-194, or 26-228 and 26-229.
