Replacement Part needed for Window Balance Stopper-Right and Left sides

Good Evening Parts Team,
Hope everyone is doing well.
I recently ordered some channel balances on Order number 2096036 for part number S390-27 channel Balance and now I need to replace the balance stopper. Attached are some pictures to reference. Let me know if need any additional information.
