Replacement Part request

Question

Hello i would like to know if this parts can be replaced on my windows. After 10 years they don't stay open.

Any advise for replacement part or do Ii have to get them service.

The inside measurements are 33 1/2 wide x 44 1/2 height (half windwow is 23 H)

Hello,

You may be able to replace the shoe with either our 15-218 or 15-220, depending on how the width and thickness compare to yours. Unfortunately, we do not provide the naked springs used in your balance system. Thanks for posting!
